Payment Plans

Santa Clara University is pleased to present our students and families Tuition Management Systems (TMS), administered by KeyBank NA. Through TMS, Santa Clara University offers an interest-free monthly payment plan, which allows tuition and on-campus housing to be paid in monthly installments.

Pay your annual tuition & housing costs in monthly installments rather than in one lump sum each term/semester, with a nominal enrollment fee. Life insurance covering your payment plan is included at no additional cost to you and is underwritten by New York Life Insurance Company.

Undergraduate Students Only

• Annual Plan (Fall, Winter, Spring): pay your annual tuition and housing charges in 10 monthly installments, August to May. Enrollment fee $60

Undergraduate Students and Graduate Students

• Fall Term Only Plan: Pay Fall tuition and housing charges in 4 monthly installments, August to November. Enrollment fee $30
• Winter Term Only Plan: Pay Winter tuition and housing charges in 3 monthly installments, December to February. Enrollment fee $30
• Spring Term Only Plan: Pay Spring tuition and housing charges in 3 monthly installments, March to May. Enrollment fee $30

Law Students

• Fall Semester Only Plan: Pay Fall tuition and housing charges in 5 monthly installments, July to November. Enrollment fee $30
• Spring Semester Only Plan: Pay Spring tuition and housing charges in 5 monthly installments, December to April. Enrollment fee $30

Enrollment is fast, easy and secure! Simply go to TMS Web site for Santa Clara University, click on the "View Payment Options" tab, and follow the instructions or have your enrollment information available and call 1-800-722-4867.

Santa Clara University will be notified of your enrollment in the payment plan and will note your account accordingly. Costs included in your payment plan budget should be remitted to TMS; however, any miscellaneous costs not covered by the payment plan must be paid directly to Santa Clara University when billed by the school.

Reminders

Make sure to register for your TMS monthly payment plan before the financial clearance deadline to avoid penalty charges.
