Mary Ho has a wealth of experience in diversity education, student leadership development/training, and program management/development.  She completed a master's degree in Higher Education Administration at New York University with an emphasis in Multicultural Affairs.  Prior to coming to Santa Clara, Mary worked at Santa Mary's College as the founding Director of the Delphine Intercultural Center.  She also has held university positions at New York University and University of California, Irvine.  Mary received her bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine.
