Todd Fries received $1,112,342 from Cal OES
Todd Fries, Executive Director of the Northern California Innocence Project (NCIP) at the School of Law has received a $1,112,342 subaward from Cal OES. These funds will support NCIP's "Postconviction DNA Testing Assistance Program".
Goals of this program are: 1) Identify Potential Postconviction DNA Testing Cases 2) Review Appropriate Postconviction Cases 3) Locate Biological Evidence Associated with Postconviction Cases and 4) Conduct DNA Tests Where Appropriate.
