The Santa Clara University Real Estate Association (REA) aims to provide an outlet for students interested in real estate to gather, connect, and share their interests. SCU REA intends to provide networking opportunities, up-to-date information on real estate trends, and unique insight into various real estate subjects through guest speakers and other real estate events.

Jay grew up in San Francisco, went to high school at St. Ignatius, then college at Santa Clara University, graduating with a BS in Economics in 1981.  He spent 5 years at Xerox selling copiers and typewriters, then 7 years as a commercial real estate broker working for CPS (now part of Cushman & Wakefield) in San Jose, representing tenants and landlords in Silicon Valley.
