Professional Staff

Tedd Vanadilok Bio Picture

Vanadilok, Tedd
Director, Center for Student Involvement

In his role within CSI, Tedd is responsible for staffing, strategic planning, budgets, risk management, contracts, and policies. He is also the advisor to the Associated Student Government (ASG).

Prior to Santa Clara, he has also worked at Northwestern University and Duke University in Multicultural Student Affairs providing support and advocacy for students of color as well as developing programs focusing on diversity and inclusion. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Master of Science in Higher Education Administration from Northwestern University. In addition, he received a Master of Arts in Sports Management from Ohio State University.

Originally from Illinois, Tedd is married with 3 children. He enjoys hockey including playing the sport, ice skating and writing for a prominent NHL website (under a pseudonym). His other hobby is learning about the restaurant industry and culinary arts.

Cameron Barrilleaux Bio Picture

Barrilleaux, Cameron
Assistant Director for New Student & Parent Programs, Center for Student Involvement

Cameron (he/his or they/theirs) received an M.Ed in Student Development in Higher Education from the University of Maine, along with a B.S. in Biology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Cameron’s professional background is centered on the first-year experience, new student orientation, parent and family programs, and student leadership development. His personal and professional goals have always been to collaborate with others to create positive change as well as using his privilege to advocate, serve, and fight for equity.

Outside of work, Cameron enjoys going to movie theatres, coaching powerlifting, and eating unhealthy foods.

Salazar, Lori
Associate Director, Center for Student Involvement 

Lori (she/her/hers) has been at Santa Clara University for almost 4 years. She just started her position as the Associate Director and is excited about the adventures in this new role! She is also the co-lead for the Campus Engagement Working Group where she enjoys connecting with campus partners and students. Prior to her new role, she was the Assistant Director for Student Organizations, where she became the expert in all things RSO (registered student organizations). Prior to SCU, Lori worked at San Jose State University in first-year orientation, student organizations, and greek life.
She received her bachelor's in Hospitality, Tourism, and Event Management and her master's in Counselor Education from San Jose State University. She is currently working on her Educational Doctorate at SCU in Social Justice Leadership. She is excited to be a double bronco and be the first cohort to graduate from the program.
Lori was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and raised in San Jose, California. She has one daughter, 3 dogs, 1 cat, 1 guinea pig, and 1 hamster (yes, a small farm!) She enjoys doing arts and crafts, visiting the animal shelter with her daughter, and going to the beach.

Torres, Tania
Assistant Director for Student Leadership

Tania (she, her, ella) is responsible for organizing leadership development opportunities for SCU students. She is also the advisor to the Santa Clara Community Action Program (SCCAP). 
Tania received a M.A. in Higher Education and Student Affairs from the University of San Francisco. She also received a B.A. in Sociology and Legal Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz. 
Born and raised in California, Tania enjoys spending time with loved ones, reading, and exploring new places within the Bay Area. Tania is passionate about helping students navigate their way through higher education. She is committed to creating safe spaces for students with the goal of promoting a greater sense of belonging amongst the campus community.

Arcelia Rodriguez Bio Picture

Rodriguez, Arcelia

Administrative Assistant, Center for Student Involvement

In her role at CSI, Arcelia is responsible of all administrative and financial transactions for over 170 registered student organizations (RSOs), 9 charter student organizations, and the Center for Student Involvement.

Prior to CSI, she worked at the Athletic Department providing administrative and financial support to the Associate Athletic Director and worked at the Human Resources Department as a Payroll Coordinator. She has been at Santa Clara University since April 22, 1985.

Originally from Zacatecas, Mexico, Arcelia is married with two children, who both are SCU alumni. She enjoys reading, cooking, creating new recipes, exercising, and spending time with her family and dog.
