Duplication Services

Archives & Special Collections can provide high resolution scans and reference copies of materials found in the collections for a fee. All requests for duplication are subject to staff review as not all materials can be reproduced.

Scans and other A/V reproductions are made by the staff in the Learning Commons and Library. There is no same day service and there are no self-service photocopy machines available, although we encourage researchers to use their cell phone cameras to take images of materials during research appointments in the Martin Reading Room.

Please email to request duplication services if you are not onsite for a research appointment. By standard, high resolution scans of images are made at 600 dpi in .tiff format and high resolution scans of documents are made at 600 dpi in .pdf format. Indicate your preference for a different file type or resolution in your message, as well as identify the material you wish to have reproduced by collection, box, folder, and item description.

We provide digital scans through Google Drive and for physical reproductions there is a $5.00 mailing fee.

Image Use Policy

Use of images in publications, displays, exhibitions, or other non-personal use is governed by the Image Use Policy.
