The Center for Sustainability fosters strong connections and integrates operations, academics, campus life, and community engagement to develop a more sustainable SCU.
Our team is composed of five staff members, two faculty associates with course releases to lead academic sustainability initiatives, student employees who gain professional experience while coordinating transformational campus sustainability and garden programs, and student fellows who spend an academic year exploring intersectional issues surrounding the climate crisis and local climate solutions. Many students also work with us through quarter-long internship opportunities.
