Business Sustainability Research Scholars
A transformative program offering undergraduate students the opportunity to explore how companies address today’s most pressing sustainability challenges. Open to juniors and seniors from all majors, this two-quarter (winter and spring) experience engages participants in analyzing how businesses balance profit and purpose.

Sustainable Food Systems Minor
An interdisciplinary minor exploring the complex world of food systems through cultural, sustainability, and innovation lenses, preparing students for careers in food policy, entrepreneurship, and sustainable development.
Feeding the World Pathway
The Feeding the World pathway examines the connections between food production, consumption, hunger, poverty, and the environment. Students explore how resource availability, income, and environmental factors impact food distribution and sustainability, with a focus on fragile environments and agriculture’s role in reducing global hunger and poverty.
