An amazing community of facilitators, mentors, and advisors has come together to make the dream of the Black Corporate Board Readiness program a success. Our mentors are board directors, thought leaders, and innovators across industries.

Meet our Facilitators, Mentors, and Advisors

Mentors have lived experience as Black corporate board directors and devote four flexible hours to provide guidance to an individual participant over the course of each cohort

Advisors serve on four hour panels the last afternoon of each cohort to help individual participants broaden their networks and discern pathways to appropriate public or private corporate board seats. Advisors include CEOs, corporate board members, nomination/governance committee members, talent partners from VC/PE firms, and search consultants.

Facilitators create and co-lead modules with support from the BCBR team for the program and continuing education opportunities for BCBR Alumni.
