Partner to Accelerate Board Diversity
The concentration of incredible Black leadership talent among our BCBR Alumni obliterates the myth of a ‘pipeline problem’ in seeking qualified candidates for public and private corporate boards. The real challenges in driving diversity are connectivity and comfortability. We are humbled and honored to partner with organizations that share our purpose of accelerating authentic diversity in corporate governance, leading to better business performance and racial justice.
We and our amazing BCBR community believe that collective action is essential to drive systems-level change and build the just, humane, and sustainable world we all desire and deserve.
Placement partners leverage their networks to address the connectivity challenge. They help BCBR Alumni find appropriate public or private corporate board seats. We include logos of placement partners that contact us for at least four (4) board searches per calendar year and agree to provide us data on introductions, interviews, and placements. Placement partners also agree to provide a qualified Advisor for Advisory Panel sessions on the last day of each BCBR cohort. Placement partners are also invited to refer qualified candidates to Apply to BCBR.
