Register for the 2018 CEP Exams

June 9, 2018 and November 3, 2018

Use the MyCEP system to register for or defer exams. The online registration system requires that all fields be completed in order to provide the CEPI with the information necessary to manage the registration and administration processes for exam candidates. Email is the primary method of communication used by the CEP Institute to provide candidates with updated information, so please make sure this and all other information provided is accurate and complete.

There are no formal requirements for the program, but we recommend 1, 2 and 3 years of equity compensation experience for CEPI Levels I, II and III respectively. For more information, please see the program description.

Study Materials for the exams include a binder and several reference textbooks. Your study binder is included in the cost of the exam and will be sent via UPS to the address supplied during registration. The package will require a signature for delivery. If you would like to change the address the binder is sent to, please contact

Reference textbooks need to be purchased separately. Confirmation of your registration will include textbook ordering instructions. For more information about ordering textbooks, please visit our Study Materials page.
