The Recent Graduates Job Search Strategy Program supports graduating students during the first 6 months post-graduation. This program provides sustainable motivation to recent graduates during the challenging journey they experience to find their next job opportunity.
Winter 2025 Recent Grad Job Search Cohort

"Participating in the Winter Recent Grad Job Search Program was instrumental in revitalizing my career aspirations. The comprehensive tools and resources provided were invaluable during my job search and interviews, ultimately leading me to secure employment. Prior to joining, I struggled with self-esteem after losing a close family member. This program not only reconnected me with my professional goals but also emphasized the importance of self-care. I wholeheartedly encourage the continuation of this program to support other students in need of guidance and encouragement."
Fall 2024 Recent Grad Job Search Cohort

"The program helped me challenge automatic negative thoughts and focus on taking logical, actionable steps in my job search. I learned to set clear goals for the type of role I wanted, create a disciplined plan to achieve them, and approach networking confidently, even in the absence of a job posting. "I graduated as part of the SCU Class of ‘24 with a MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering after making a career change. Choosing SCU and the Engineering program was instrumental for my career development. Myriam and the Summer Job Search Program were an enormous help, advising me on how to properly showcase relevant work experience and making sure I was aware of the resources available to the Bronco community. With my MS and their support, I was able to secure a full time engineering position with Boeing in Seattle!"

"I'm so grateful for having had the opportunity to be part of the Recent Grad Job Search Program.
