The Office for Diversity and Inclusion (ODI) serves as a conduit for community and belonging efforts throughout the campus. It has a strong emphasis area with faculty, staff, and broader campus climate including students and other stakeholders, including data management and assessment. ODI supports the recruitment, retention, and success of the entire university community—encouraging collaboration, academic excellence, and a positive campus climate.

Community Conversations Initiative
Community Conversations: Building Bridges at Santa Clara University, is an initiative that started in Fall 2019. For Winter and Spring 2026, these will be held on the last Wednesday of each month. Join faculty, staff, and students to learn and engage about topics affecting the SCU community.
