SOBRATO HALL ACCOMODATIONS
CDE participants are strongly encouraged to make arrangements to stay on-campus. The Housing fee is NOT included in the registration fee. On-campus lodging is available in Sobrato Hall, which is air conditioned.
CDE participants will be housed in apartment-style suites, which include four private rooms, two private bathrooms, a common area and a full kitchen. All rooms in the apartment will be same-gender unless otherwise requested. All rooms will include linen and towels and wireless access. The residence hall is accessible for wheelchairs and includes an elevator.

Rate: $75.75 per night (includes applicable taxes)
Check-in: 12 Noon on Sunday, June 19, 2016
Check-out: 12 Noon, Wednesday, June 22, 2016 (unless participating in Post Doc Gathering)
Refund Policy: SCU will provide a full refund if requests are received before June 1st. Refunds after June 1st will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
