Hea Jung Atkins has more than twenty years of experience investigating employment discrimination allegations based on race, national origin, color, religion, disability, age, sex, sexual orientation, and veteran status through her work with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs. She has also developed and delivered extensive outreach to employees and applicants regarding their rights, as well as to employers regarding their responsibilities, with the goal of preventing workplace discrimination. Since 2025, Hea Jung has worked as an attorney investigator
conducting neutral Title IX and policy-based investigations in higher education.
In her free time, she enjoys hiking throughout the Bay Area and painting landscape scenes inspired by the trails she explores.
