The Office of Equal Opportunity and Title IX provides a virtual and asynchronous training for staff and faculty regarding the prevention of unlawful discrimination and sexual harassment issues. The University, in compliance with state and federal law, requires all employees to undergo this training at the beginning of their employment and then every two years.
We have recently transitioned to new courses that are shorter and assigned based on supervisor status. Contingent workers also have a separate, shorter course assignment.
- On-Call Employees: Title IX and Sexual Harassment Prevention for Employees
- Non-Supervisors: Sexual Harassment Prevention for Non-Managers (SB 1343)
- Supervisors: Sexual Harassment: Policy and Prevention
If you have completed the former "Preventing Harassment and Discrimination" course within the last two years, you will not be reminded to complete another round of the training until it is due. When your training is due, you will receive an email from Vector Solutions. You are also able to access your assigned course using the link below:
- SCU Employee Training
- Click on the 'Santa Clara University SSO Login' button, which will allow you to log in using your SCU credentials (the same credentials you use to log into your MySCU Portal).
Please kindly complete the training within 30 days. If you have any questions or encounter any issues along the way, please contact titleixadmin@scu.edu.
