Holly Fitch, MS, MS is in her fourth year of the PhD program for Clinical Psychology at Palo Alto University. She is passionate about and has worked with clients on topics including but not limited to self-compassion, depression, anxiety, and identity exploration. She uses an integrative approach to therapy by incorporating humanistic, dialectical behavior therapy, and feminist therapy. Holly creates a safe, therapeutic space with an intersectional framework in which clients can share, reflect, and explore their identity, past influences, and current needs. She believes that genuine, authentic connection can aid in healing and she aims to find skills that work for clients in a culturally affirming and empowering way. Previously, Holly earned a master of science degree in Clinical Psychology during her PhD program at Palo Alto University and a master of science degree in Clinical/Counseling Psychology at Clayton State University. When she’s not working, Holly likes to take care of her indoor houseplants, read books, eat out with friends, and go social dancing.
