Rachael Negron completed her doctorate in clinical psychology through the PGSP Stanford PsyD Consortium. She completed her B.A. in Psychology at UC Berkeley. During her clinical training, she has supported individuals and families in community mental health and college settings. Rachael utilizes an integrative and collaborative approach drawing on interventions based in psychodynamic, emotion focused, attachment, somatic, compassion focused, and behavioral therapies. She has previously supported clients with concerns about their mood (anxiety, depression, panic disorders), identity exploration and development, perfectionism and self-judgement, trauma, interpersonal relationships, emotion regulation, thoughts of self-injury or suicide, and emerging symptoms of psychosis. Rachael is interested in supporting fellow first-gen college students as they navigate their university experience and is passionate about advocating for equitable access to resources and information. She believes that the experience of feeling "seen" is both the healing power and the challenge of therapy. Embracing this challenge, Rachael hopes to provide a space that feels collaborative and safe as you pursue your therapeutic goals.
