What are On-Campus Interviews?
We are excited to welcome back OCI! On-Campus Interviews (OCI) are a service to employers and students leading to actionable next steps in the hiring pipeline. OCI requests will be approved with the discretion of the Career Center to best meet the needs of our students including, but not limited to, the employer’s recruiting goals and staff availability. Employers seeking to hire 5+ positions will get priority in scheduling their OCI. Only employers in the Employer Partner Program will have priority to schedule the day before or the day after a career fair. At this time, we will not be offering pre-select or other Handshake functionality for OCI.
OCI is only available on select Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays 8:30 am - 4:30 pm.
- Monday room availability: 5 rooms
- Tuesday room availability: 5 rooms
- Friday room availability: 11 rooms
Cost of OCI coordination ranges from $200 - $400, depending on number of intended hires, number of rooms, and length of interviews.
