Mentees and Mentors must meet at least once, preferably at the Fall Kick-Off Dinner. Beyond that, they can mutually determine how often and how long they’d like to continue meeting throughout the program. Please know that we try to make the best match possible, but sometimes matches don't work out, and that's actually okay! We believe matches should proceed only if it's a good fit for both parties.
