  • Bucky’s Closet Bucky’s Closet is a free, donation based, student- run thrift store supported by the Center for Sustainability and is held in the Daly Science Center, Room 317-318. Bucky’s Closet prioritizes collecting professional and every day attire, office supplies and some decorative and kitchen items. Please click here for hours and more information. 
  • Buy Nothing Facebook Group This Facebook group is sponsored by the Center for Sustainability and provides a forum for all SCU students, faculty, and staff to give, share, borrow, and claim free items. For more information and details about how to join, please click here.
  • Campus Store  If you would like to be connected to discounts for school supplies from our campus bookstore, please complete an intake form and indicate that you’d like support with this need. Please note, there are currently no further discounts on textbooks other than what is listed on the bookstore website and in the bookstore. Please connect with your professors, classmates and our library team to explore alternative ways to access class materials or consider applying for the Ivancovich Family Student Life Fund.
  • Humane Society Silicon Valley Pet Pantry  The Humane Society Silicon Valley Pet Pantry is a donation based program that provides free, set amounts of dry, non-prescription pet food to help those with short term critical needs and those who need supplemental support.   • Katharine & George Alexander Law Center The Katharine & George Alexander Law Center works in partnership with Santa Clara University’s law school to offer legal aid to qualifying residents of Santa Clara County pertaining to immigration, worker’s rights and consumer law issues. To explore their services, eligibility requirements and to see their advice clinic hours, please click here. Please note, appointments are required for their advice clinic.
