- The ordering of tables, chairs, custodial support, and other Operations & Facilities event services can be requested within the 25Live Event Form. Additional information can be found on the University Operations Event Services Website.

- Request audio-visual equipment from Academic Technology using the Media Equipment Request Form.
Order food and beverages
- Order food and beverages with Mission Catering. Contact Catering at catering@scu.edu or 408-551-1792 with your request or place your order online.
Arrange for your parking and security needs
- Request guest parking permits, reserve parking spaces, and arrange Campus Safety support for your event through the Parking and Transportation Services Event Request Form.
