Jaya Bhatia

Jaya is a technology and business leader with over 25 years of experience across Intuit, Meta, Microsoft, and Accenture. Throughout her career, she has led global teams and built platforms, partnerships, and ecosystems that drive innovation and growth.

Education has been transformative in Jaya’s own life. Twenty years ago, she came to the United States with her education as her foundation, which opened doors to opportunity, stability, and success. A proud Santa Clara University alumna, she earned her MBA from the Leavey School of Business in 2014.

Jaya is excited to serve on the LEAD Advisory Board and support first-generation students in building confidence, leadership, and a sense of belonging. She looks forward to combining her personal journey, professional experience, and technology industry network to help students achieve their goals.
