First-Year Winter Hardship Application and Winter Break Parking Permit Guidelines

First-Year students, please be advised that if you are planning on leaving your vehicle parked on SCU premises during the winter break, you will need a valid parking permit. Fall quarter permits expire on 12/31.

First-year Winter Hardship Application
The Winter first-year hardship application opens on 11/1 and is open through 12/1. If you are a first-year resident student seeking a quarterly residential parking permit, please fill out an application through your AIMS account via your MySCU Portal before this deadline.

Winter Break Parking Permit Guidelines

Parking enforcement efforts will continue over the winter break (Dec. 11th- Jan. 4th), excluding SCU-recognized holidays, in all surface parking lots and parking garages. Once your Winter hardship application is approved, please make sure your temporary parking permit is displayed on your dashboard. All parking permits can be purchased through your AIMS portal. Once purchased, please print and display your temporary parking permit on your dashboard. If you are away during the winter break and your temporary permit will expire before you return to campus, you will need to purchase a daily hangtag in advance to have a valid parking permit displayed while you are away. Please make these necessary arrangements prior to leaving for the winter break.
