In her State of the University remarks, President Sullivan shared an overview of Impact 2030, which was approved unanimously by the Board of Trustees.

President Sullivan initiated the Impact 2030 planning process in January 2023, challenging the University to develop a course of action that was “specific and inspiring, actionable and bold.”
