Operations Coordinator

Position Description:

  • Provide assistance and support for the day-to-day operational needs of University Operations with an emphasis on KPIs/reporting.  Develop and provide analytical/interactive reports, widgets, and dashboards to allow end-users to better understand workloads, backlogs and improve response time and effectively allocate available resources. Administer critical daily support for internal customers regarding the use of software applications. Provide frontline support for all electronic lock systems.

Direct Responsibilities:

  • Provide access control support using multiple systems that control exterior and interior door access and schedules. This includes updating and maintaining campus community members’ access, door-locking schedules, physically updating doors, reading lock data, and other administrative tasks for the Salto, Onity, and SecureAll systems on campus.
  • Update, manage and maintain the University Operations website and related content
  • Provide frontline technical support for Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace applications (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Drive, etc.) for Operations division staff.
  • Provide backup support to the Customer Service Center as needed to maintain coverage during regular business hours. 
  • Point of contact for employee engagement activities that may include reserving spaces, and providing activities and snacks as needed.
  • Create and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and AiM dashboards/widgets to display real-time data for areas such as work orders, assignments, backlogs, finances, and overall productivity for each maintenance crew and administrative staff. Develop and maintain custom reporting using AIM IQ.

Born and raised in Southern California, LA County (I still love Bay Area the most.) 

Favorite thing about SCU?

It is such a friendly and beautiful campus. I love my team the most and with the great management that I have, it makes it 10x better! 

What's the most important lesson you've learned in the last year?

Never stop learning and look at the bright side of everything! 

Hobbies: 

DIY (Cricut machine), graphic design, photography, hiking, and watching k-dramas.
