Whether you're planning an intimate meeting, team gathering, business dinner, or corporate reception, Adobe Lodge offers a setting that feels both professional and memorable.

Corporate Meeting Spaces

Breakout Rooms (2 Rooms)

  • Adobe Lodge offers two private meeting/dining rooms that can be reserved individually or together for larger groups. The two rooms have an adjoining door for gatherings that require additional space.

  • The space includes: rustic wooden plank floor, heavy beamed ceilings, leaded glass windows, high-back chairs, conference table, power outlets, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

  • Up to 10 guests seated per dining room

Main Dining Room & Reception

  • Our largest indoor venue offers a spacious, versatile layout ideal for banquets, presentations, and large group gatherings. Equipped with built-in A/V features including an HDMI/AV hookup, projector, and screen, the room seamlessly supports slideshows, keynote addresses, and multimedia presentations alongside full-service dining.

Outdoor Patio

  • The private outdoor patio offers a comfortable space for guests to gather, relax, and enjoy the outdoors. Furnished with tables and chairs, the patio is a great option for cocktail hours, casual dining, and smaller gatherings. String lights are also available to rent for evening events.

Indoor Porch

  • Adjoining the Main Room, the glass-enclosed Porch overlooks the beautiful enclosed patio. The Porch is frequently used as a reception area for dinners and events held in the Main Room.

Food And Beverage

Good food is part of every great gathering. Our culinary team offers a range of food and beverage options, with menus designed to complement your meeting, luncheon, reception, or dinner.

Corporate Dinning Cropped

All food and beverage services at the Adobe Lodge are managed exclusively by Mission Catering (Bon Appétit), offering tailored menus and full service for every event.

  • Exclusive Caterer: Outside food and unapproved external caterers are not permitted on the premises.

  • Menu & Headcounts: Final menu selections and guaranteed guest counts must be submitted 10 business days prior to your event.

  • Dietary Needs & Alcohol: Customized menus are available for dietary restrictions, and all alcohol must be served by licensed Mission Catering staff.

  • Catering & Alcohol: Exclusive Catering requires all food and beverages to be provided by Adobe Lodge catering with outside food prohibited, all alcohol must be hosted and served by licensed SCU staff, and final dietary accommodations must be submitted 5 business days prior to the event.

  • Booking & Guest Count: Date holds remain valid for 30 days requiring a signed contract and non-refundable deposit to book, while guaranteed final guest counts are due 10 business days prior to the event.

  • Decor & Guidelines: Taping, nailing, or hanging items on walls is strictly prohibited in favor of freestanding displays only, open flames, confetti, glitter, and rice are prohibited, and outdoor music or amplification must strictly follow university noise guidelines.

The Adobe Lodge provides integrated audiovisual capabilities and technical support to ensure your presentations and events run seamlessly.

  • Included Technology: The AV setup includes two microphones, a projector and screen, speaker system, and podium.

  • Advanced AV Requests: Specialized AV setups, additional equipment, and dedicated technical support must be requested at least 7 business days in advance. 

Parking & Accessibility

Visitor Parking & Permits

  • Permit Requirements: Permits may be required for events held Monday–Friday from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Weekend parking (Saturday and Sunday) does not require a permit.

Recommended Garages & Lots

  • Main Parking Structure: Located near the main campus entrance off Palm Drive and El Camino Real (ideal for general event guests).

  • North Campus Garage: Located at 1063 Alviso St. (convenient secondary option for campus events).

ADA & Loading Access

  • Accessible Parking: Designated ADA-accessible spaces are available near the Adobe Lodge with a valid handicap placard and campus permit.

  • Vendor Loading Zone: Temporary loading/unloading access for vendors and event setups can be arranged through the event team prior to your event date.
