Youth Protection Policies

Santa Clara University is committed to providing a safe environment for all youth programs and camps. Groups hosting minors on campus must comply with our youth protection guidelines. This includes maintaining appropriate adult-to-youth supervision ratios, completing mandatory background checks, and ensuring all staff and volunteers undergo required training. We require strict adherence to these policies to ensure the well-being of all our young guests.

We offer all-inclusive packages designed to fit your group's budget and provide everything you need during your stay on campus. Our packages include accommodations, meals, and linen service, with lodging options ranging from traditional residence halls to suite-style accommodations and full apartments to meet the needs of every group.
