How do the arts and humanities (re)imagine futures – including futures that seem impossible given our pasts and presents? How do the arts and humanities promote and work toward more just and equitable futures? How are imagined futures shaped by our lived experiences and positionalities – e.g., race, gender, culture, and even temporality itself? How do we envision and strategize about the worlds we want to bring into being? How do we resist imagined futures we fear? How do AI and/or other technologies generate new narratives about the future?
