Dr. Reed is a licensed psychologist in the States of Illinois and California. He is a first-generation college student who graduated from Purdue University Northwest with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and graduated with his Master’s and Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) degrees in Clinical Psychology from Adler University. He has previous clinical training experience in community mental health, primary care, managed care, and college counseling settings. Dr. Reed completed his pre- and post-doctoral training at California State University – Monterey Bay. Dr. Reed takes an integrative approach to therapy using cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, psychodynamic, and Adlerian interventions to tailor therapy for each individual he supports. He enjoys working with students on interpersonal concerns, identity development and formation, trauma, LGBTQ+ experiences and concerns, depression, and anxiety. In his free time he enjoys nature, playing guitar, and exploring the Bay Area.
