Family Weekend will be February 20-21, 2026.
The 2026 Senior Gala will be February 21, 2026, at the Hyatt Regency Santa Clara.

Registration Details
Family Weekend registration details:
- The fee is $65 per family which includes the SCU student + 1 guest (early bird rate).
- Additional guests beyond the initial 2 people in the family are $15 per person.
- Ticket price goes up to $75 per family and $25 per additional guest on January 21 (regular rate).
- Children who are 12 years old and under attend for free!
Graduating Students
Join us at the Senior Gala on February 21 for an unforgettable evening of celebration.
- Tickets are $150 per person (early bird rate).
- Ticket price goes up to $165 person on January 21 (regular rate).
- Included with the ticket are food, non-alcoholic drinks, live entertainment, photo opportunities, hors d’oeuvres, and desserts.
- There will be cash bars available for alcoholic drinks.
- Complimentary shuttle service from SCU to the venue is also provided.
- Location is the Hyatt Regency Santa Clara at 5101 Great America Pkwy, Santa Clara.
Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy is as follows if a request is submitted to us via phone (408-551-1995), email (familyweekend@scu.edu), or direct contact to a particular staff member:
- 100% refund if cancellation request is submitted by January 30.
- 50% refund if cancellation request is submitted between January 31 and February 6.
- No refund if cancellation request is submitted on February 7 and after.
