Thai-Huy (Thai) Nguyen is a proud Bronco from the class of 2005! He was raised in the Bay Area and is the first in his family to earn a postsecondary degree. Thai is a policy researcher for the RAND Corporation, where he conducts research in the areas of education policy, postsecondary student success, and workforce development. Prior to his current role, Thai was an assistant professor of education at Seattle University, a Jesuit institution in the Pacific Northwest. He received his Ph.D. in Education from the University of Pennsylvania.
