Peer Mentor
Hi all! My name is Michelle Hernandez. I am from Mountain View, California. I am a rising senior majoring in English and minoring in Professional Writing. My favorite class I've taken at SCU so far has been Latinx Literature, which allowed me to learn more about my culture in an academic context by engaging with Latinx literary theory and practicing film analysis.
A few fun facts about me are that I love to sing, curate playlists, and spend time with my loved ones (I also love going out for froyo or ice cream!).
In addition to LEAD, I am a writing partner at the HUB (the Writing Center on campus) and a member of Sigma Tau Delta.
