The LEAD Scholars Program provides current LEAD Scholars with leadership opportunities such as becoming part of the LEAD Week Staff. There are opportunities to lead a group of mentees as a Peer Mentor, actively participate in the first-year seminar courses with a seminar instructor as a Seminar Peer Educator, or the CTW courses as an English Peer Educator.

Hello! My name is Cuitlahuac Ramirez and I am from San Jose, California. I am a third-year student studying Computer Science and minoring in Music! Some of my favorite classes I've taken at SCU so far have been CSCI 61 (Data Structures) and Musicianship 2; these were both interesting and engaging classes that I would recommend to any CS or Music-inclined students! A few fun facts about me are that I have one younger sister, my favorite color is green, and I like pineapple on pizza, as everyone should. In addition to the LEAD Scholars Program, some other organizations I'm involved in are the Multicultural Center on campus, where 16 culture clubs hold weekly meetings and fun events, and KSCU, our campus radio station, where any student can host their own radio show! I am looking forward to meeting all of you soon!
