Santa Clara University also offers private, unfurnished houses for Juniors and Seniors in a neighborhood setting through the surrounding community. Full house rentals are available with a minimum 10‐month contract.

The townhouses are all equipped with gourmet kitchens that feature granite counters, stainless appliances, and cherry cabinets. All of the apartments are fully furnished and the student beds are full-sized. Each townhouse is also equipped with an in-unit washer & dryer.
