Deadlines for Next Steps

You will need to confirm enrollment, register for an advising session, submit final transcripts, and complete a handful of other items. Pay close attention to the items below, and you’ll be a Bronco in no time.
What you need to do   Deadline

Pay the $500 enrollment fee via your SCU application portal (nonrefundable).

  January 7

View your Financial Aid offer via your SCU application portal.

  Available within two weeks after receiving your admission decision

Sign up for Orientation!
Please refer to the "Requirements" section of the Orientation website for information pertaining to all academic requirements prior to enrolling.

  June 23

Submit your $500 housing prepayment deposit, the housing contract, and your Residential Learning (RLC)/Housing preferences via the link in your SCU application portal.

You will not be able to request housing until you have submitted your enrollment fee. 

  May 3

Submit official ACT/SAT scores to the Office of Undergraduate Admission
This includes those who chose not to submit scores in the application process if scores are available. We use these scores for institutional research purposes.

  As soon as possible but no later than May 1

Submit final transcripts to the Office of Undergraduate Admission.
We expect incoming students to maintain grades comparable to their academic record. If there is a significant deterioration in your academic work, we may rescind your offer of admission.

Interested in living on-campus? We have various options available. Make sure to complete the housing application as soon as possible. You can find the housing application in your housing portal, 24 hours after you have made your enrollment deposit. No housing deposit will be required.

Take the Second-Language Placement Test Survey at least 2 weeks prior to your advising appointment. This placement should be taken if you plan to take a language (other than English) course during your first year at SCU, e.g. to satisfy your Core Second Language Requirement or to continue previous language studies.

For international students who do not hold a US passport, submit a completed I-20 Request via International Students & Scholars November 30

Submit AP/IB/A-levels exam results for credit to the Office of Undergraduate Admission.
