Interested in living on-campus? We have various options available. Make sure to complete the housing application as soon as possible. You can find the housing application in your housing portal, 24 hours after you have made your enrollment deposit. No housing deposit will be required. |

| Take the Second-Language Placement Test Survey at least 2 weeks prior to your advising appointment. This placement should be taken if you plan to take a language (other than English) course during your first year at SCU, e.g. to satisfy your Core Second Language Requirement or to continue previous language studies. Please note that Engineering students do not need to complete the second language requirement. Go to: Language Requirement Website for more information about placement and proficiency testing. |

Calculus and the Calculus Readiness Exam: All students who need to take Calculus 1 (MATH 11, 30, or 35) or precalculus (MATH 9, 9S, 9A/B) must take the Calculus Readiness Exam. You can also view the Mathematics and Computer Science website for more information.
