Housing Services
As part of the Auxiliary Services Unit at Santa Clara University, Housing Services manages a comprehensive student housing program, offering university-owned accommodations to approximately 3,600 undergraduate, graduate, and law students. Our housing portfolio includes sixteen (16) residence halls, twenty (20) off-campus single-family homes, and two (2) apartment complexes.
Residence Life
With eight Residential Learning Communities (RLCs) and one upper-division community, the Office of Residence Life employs Resident Directors (RDs), Assistant Resident Directors (ARDs), Community Facilitators (CFs), and Neighborhood Representatives, (NRs) to provide oversight for an assigned residential community ranging in size from 240 to 550 residents. The professional and student staff play an integral role in promoting a supportive and inclusive environment that encourages the academic, social, and spiritual growth of each student.
