Humans of Santa Clara: Jeffrey Ke ’25

“It’s a very beautiful school. I think that online tours and pictures on the internet don't do it justice—I'm being very genuine. It really stunned me when I walked on campus. It’s a very, very beautiful school. I'm lucky to be here.”

“It’s a very beautiful school. I think that online tours and pictures on the internet don't do it justice—I'm being very genuine. It really stunned me when I walked on campus. It’s a very, very beautiful school. I'm lucky to be here. Otherwise, what really matters are the professors and people on campus, who I have yet to meet. I’m looking forward to it. It’s very close to home, so I can save on living costs. That was one big thing. I had also been in contact with several alumni who I connected with on LinkedIn. I found their resumes to be very impressive. I was confident that by coming to Santa Clara, I would meet very high-caliber people. I got into several UC schools but I thought it’d be very much worth it to come to Santa Clara. It’s very hard to get a car nowadays, so I’m going to take public transit. There’s a bus not too far away from where I am, so I’ll be taking that every morning.”
