The charge of the Academic Administrative Structure and Support Working Group is to review the current organizational structures within Academic Affiars, the College, and the Schools of the University with a focus on improving efficiency and effectiveness. The Group will utilize data from similar institutions for comparative purposes in this regard, and will make recommendations for any proposed changes in staffing levels, use of staff, and organizational structure.
