The charge of the Resource Team is to support the Sustaining Excellence Project by responding to reasonable requests, from any of the Working Groups, for institutional data to inform their brainstorming processes. At a later stage in the project, the Steering Committee may ask the Resource Team to assist with estimating the anticipated costs, revenues, or savings associated with some of the initiatives proposed by the Working Groups.
