Academic Technology has introduced these support standards to keep the University community informed on what we fully support. The computer hardware and software standards allow us to dedicate our resources towards the technological needs of the majority of the campus community. To allow for sufficient technical support resources, we have standardized on these computer models and software.
Our campus community is strongly encouraged to use the hardware and software covered by our support standards. Any hardware or software not listed as a standard will receive "best effort" support and the community member may be referred to the hardware or software vendor for technical support.
