Zoom Email Settings

Zoom allows you to customize your email notification settings following these steps.

1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
2. Click Settings.                                                                                                                                      
3. Click Email Notification.                                                         
4. Click to toggle When the cloud recording is going to be permmanently deleted from trash setting off to reduce email clutter. You can also adjust other email settings. 
   • When a cloud recording is available
   • When attendees join meeting before host
   • When a meeting is cancelled
   • When an alternative host is set or removed from a meeting
   • When someone scheduled a meeting for a host
   • When the cloud recording is going to be permanently deleted from trash
   

   If the toggle is to the left, the setting is off. If the toggle is to the right, the setting is on.
