Grants & Programs
The WAVE HPC Center supports research, teaching, and student development at Santa Clara University through grants, training initiatives, and research opportunities. These programs expand access to high-performance computing (HPC) resources and help faculty and students integrate advanced computational tools into their work.
Through these initiatives, WAVE provides funding, mentorship, and hands-on training so members of the SCU community can explore research projects, develop new computational skills, and incorporate HPC technologies into the classroom. Programs span faculty-led research, course development, student research opportunities, and technical training workshops.

The WAVE HPC Center offers several programs designed to support different members of the SCU community:
Faculty Opportunities
Programs that support faculty research and curriculum development, including Catalytic Faculty Project Grants and Faculty Course Development initiatives that integrate high-performance computing into teaching and research.
Student Opportunities
Research programs such as the Emerging Research Student Cohort, which provides mentorship, technical support, and stipends for students participating in computational research projects.
Training & Workshops
Skills-based workshops and short courses that help students, faculty, and staff develop the practical knowledge needed to effectively use WAVE's high-performance computing environment.
