Bart Jenks has written his place upon Santa Clara history being one of the most decorated wide receivers that school has had. By his junior year, Jenks was already the team's leading receiver and scorer. At the end of the season Jenks was named MVP of the team, while also being selected to the All-Coast team. This brought big expectations for Jenks and he did not disappoint. Jenks in his senior year not only was awarded Little-All American, but also set records for the most yards gained on receptions (887) and most receptions (61) in a season. From this stellar play, Jenks was also awarded MVP again his senior year. Jenks is still on record boards at SCU as he is #2 on most yards gained off of receptions in a season.
