Little’s college career was highlighted by bookend All-American recognition: 1996 Freshman All-American and 1999 3rd Team All-American. Additionally, in 1996 Little received WCC Freshman Honors. Little ended her college career with the Broncos 83-9-4. In her four years at Santa Clara, 1996-1999, Little played in four consecutive Final Fours. During her senior season, Jacqui Little and teammates Nikki Serlenga, Kim Pickup, Kylie Bivens, and Whitney Hollis scored 108 goals and allowed 10 for a goal differential of +98 goals which is still an NCAA record for goal differential in a season. Following graduation she won the WUSA League Wide Founders Championship in 2003.
