REQUIREMENTS

1. Enrollment in the Innovative Mindset certificate program (required)
2. Be 18+ years of age
3. Government Issued I.D. 
4. Proof that you are currently enrolled in a University (student id or unofficial transcript)
5. Proof of internship status from employer (employment letter, recruiter phone number).
