Santa Clara University is committed to providing transitional housing support to our faculty and staff.
The Property Management office provides leasing, care, and maintenance for all non-student residential properties owned by the University. Properties are offered to new employees to ease the transition to the Bay Area and provide affordable housing options close to campus during the initial employment period.
Our portfolio of properties includes single-family homes, town homes, duplexes and apartment units. The university partners with Cal-Western Property Management to oversee our properties and to provide high level customer service to our faculty/staff tenants.
