Research

Development and synthesis of novel azapeptoids as HIV Protease Inhibitors. Enantioselective amination of enolates and alkenes utilizing a chiral amination reagent. Atom-economy approach to enantiomer resolution utilizing the Mitsunobu reaction. Synthesis of nonlinear optic chromophores.
