Schedule Notes
New students, parents, and families can look forward to the following events during New Student Move-In and Welcome Weekend.
- Parents and families are encouraged but not required to attend New Student Move-In and/or Welcome Weekend.
- We are mindful that not all families have the resources or time to travel with their students.
- There is also no fee to attend, either; however, some dining areas on campus will still charge for whatever individuals purchase for food and drink.
- Students may use their SCU dining plan to pay for their meals.
- Residence Hall Move-In on September 15 begins at 8:30am with the first of 3 groups, the second group begins at 10:00am, and the third group begins at 11:30am.
- The Farewell Family Reception on September 17 ends at 1:00pm which is when required sessions for new students begin.
