Schedule Highlights
New students, parents, and families can look forward to the following events during New Student Move-In and Welcome Weekend.
- Parents and families are encouraged but not required to attend New Student Move-In and/or Welcome Weekend.
- We are mindful that not all families have the resources or time to travel with their students.
- Residence Hall Move-In for new students on September 18 begins at 8:30am with the first of 3 groups (90 minutes each), the second group begins at 10:00am, and the third group begins at 11:30am.
- There are a variety of social activities and receptions on the evenings of September 18, September 19, and September 20.
Required Sessions
Students have a few required sessions including -- but not limited to -- RLC Community Conversations on the evening of September 18 (required for only those students living on campus) and a session about community health and safety on either September 19 or 20 (required for all students who are living on and off campus). Full details will become available in August.
Mobile App
A mobile app version of the schedule will be available starting in September.
During Welcome Weekend, you’ll be able to use the app to view the full schedule and access other helpful resources, including an interactive campus map.
Please note that account creation, login, and the “My Schedule” feature are not available for this event since registration is not required. We invite you to return for Family Weekend in February to take advantage of those features.
