Sushma is passionate about leveraging innovative technology and research-based pedagogy to create engaging, effective learning experiences. With over 17 years in academia and a Ph.D. and Master’s from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, she brings deep expertise in instructional design. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and spending time outdoors with family.
